Directions:

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet daily with or without food.
Children 6 to 12 years: Half a tablet twice daily with or without food.

Blow your nose gently or clean it out with a saline rinse. Shake the bottle before use and prime if needed. Tilt your head downward towards your toes. Hold the bottle upright and insert the nozzle tip inside one nostril, aiming towards the outside wall. Press the other nostril with one finger to close off that nostril.
