Ingredients: Cetirizine hydrochoride 10 mg

Directions:

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet daily with or without food.
Children 6 to 12 years: Half a tablet twice daily with or without food.
Children under the age of 6 years: Do not use this medicine.

Hold the bottle upright and insert the nozzle tip inside one nostril, aiming towards the outside wall. Press the other nostril with one finger to close off that nostril. Push down and spray bottle while sniffing in gently. Repeat the same steps for the other nostril. Wash your hands after use to remove any medication.
